Great hotel! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a very nice suite. Loved all the amenities offered - breakfast, waterpark passes, free shuttle service. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will recommend to friends who are traveling to the area!

Room was clean. Water pressure okay. Water only lukewarm at any time. Didn't seem to matter what time of morning or at night. A/C didn't seem to cool the room very well.

The hotel was quite clean, easy to find and convenient to attractions. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast food and room pleasant enough, was not expecting gourmet. Parking a tight squeeze. Tripping hazards entering breakfast room, short curbs for handicapped ramps which are poorly engineered

We liked staying at the Clarion in Mackinaw City, it was very comfortable and clean. I liked the 2 bedroom suite. And plenty of towels. Sitting on the beach in the morning was my favorite part.

The hotel was on the beach which was great and very close to the Ferry. The room was nice and clean, but a little outdated...however, not a big deal we weren't in the room much. I would definitely stay here again.

I'd give 4 and 1/2 if I could, because it wasn't perfect, but closer to outstanding than just good. Very clean, very quiet, friendly accommodating staff. I'd stay there again.

We found our room to be clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent - nice to have enough space for people to sit while eating breakfast. The option to utilize the neighboring indoor waterparks was a great perk!

Beautiful hotel with big clean rooms and great views. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the Arnold\\\'s Ferry. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room which was wonderfully convenient. I found out, upon check in, that 2 waterparks to nearby hotels were also included in the stay. My daughter was more than thrilled. I would definitely recommend to all and plan on staying there again.

Good clean hotel for small tourist town. Con. Brief. Was fair. Eggs were cooked in microwave yuck! Meat didn't taste well either. How about a omelette station. I know its hands but it would go over big.

It was a good hotel at a good price, good location, and nice amenities with the beach front and hot breakfast. The only thing, our room appeared to be clean but had a strong odor. Though, it almost seemed like the smell of perhaps new carpet padding and the carpet appeared to be new.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Some of the things seemed slightly dated, such as peeling wallpaper. The pool and hot tub were very nice but most of the machines in the workout room did not work. The hotel beach was great and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a good stay.

The most important thing when staying at a hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms. Room was very clean. When we arrived we were told we wouold be updated to a larger room. Staff was very considerate that we had driven quite a long way. Breakfast foods were adequate and good. Enjoyed our stay. Would return to this hotel.

The room was nice and clean (which is huge). The beach was great and we enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony! The issues were there was not enough help- trash piled up on the stairwells for days and our room wasnâ��t cleaned until 4:00- that's just too late. When I called the front desk to ask why our room wasn't clean at 2:30 the staff member just said that the woman who cleans is there until 4:30 -she was less than sympathetic with me ...Also the breakfast needs to go past 10:00- when you are there on vacation it is very hard to get the kids up and dressed to eat by 10:00, and you canâ��t take food to your room -all other hotels we have stayed at do let you take food back to your sleeping teenagers. With all that being said we had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay very much!!
