The room was clean and well appointed. Everyone on the staff was very kind and courteous. It was an all around pleasant experience and we will keep that establishment in mind for future stays.

I gave it a good rating because it was a good hotel for the price. The hotel was a family type hotel. Good price for everything received. It was just my husband and myself in our room but a son and his family stayed in another room at the same hotel. It was moderatly priced and they were satisfied. I believe myself and my husband would prefer to stay in a less busy atmosphere,but we have no complaints. Thanks for the interest.

Considering that it's one of the slightly lesser expensive of chain hotels in the city we were very comfortable and content. We enjoyed the both the pool and beach for swimming. The staff was welcoming and informative. I would stay here again, no question.

I loved being able to walk right out onto the beach from our room! The pool / hottub were also nice. The free breakfast was mediocre, but hey, it was free! The room itself was small to average and nothing special, but overall we were very happy!

Front lobby staff could have been more professional. They got the job done, but weren't very friendly. The price was good. The room was clean and the kids loved having the view of the water and being able to walk to the beach and wade.

Balcony overlooking the Straits was awesome. May want to have Law Enforcement patrol the beach a bit thru the night - lots of loud partying down there until about 4 AM. Loved the view and will stay there again. Also would like to commend Shepler's Ferry Service

We stayed in one of the older units. The door was difficult to open. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was average. Person handling the breakfast looked like she did not want to be there. Quality Inn is within walking distance to Arnold Ferry but too far from downtown. For our stay it was okay.

I was disappointed with the balcony view, it seemed that researching the hotel, the views were spectacular. I had a big tree obscuring my view. Very disappointing. The room was fine, but the staff didn't restock the bathroom the same. One day we had two towels and a floor mat, and the next we four towels and no floor mat. Overall it was fine, but just not what I expected.

Great Hotel and Affordable. Staff was very friendly!Beds were soft and comfortable.Loved the view from our balcony.Enjoyed watching the ferries coming in and out from morning til night from the balcony and beach. Pool and Hot tub were clean, room was very clean and neat.Breakfast was very good and a great room with a good amount of seating to enjoy it.Front desk clerk gave us suggestions and brochures on things to do in the area, very helpful.The Bar and Grill directly across from this Hotel had excellent Pizza (A must try).My kids enjoyed the free unlimited access to 3 neighboring Hotel indoor water parks.Not a lot of sandy beach down by water. Hugh patch of weeds/grass in between hotel beach and beach on water. Little disappointed in that but still nice and enjoyable.Would definitely stay at this Hotel again!

The room was very clean and was kept up daily while we were thre. We got a perk by having a room on the lake side which we did not expect. The only one thing that did not make the stay outstanding was the complimentary breakfast. The food was good but was not filled up on a timely basis. There were times when they were completely out of a certain item and did not refill the whole time were were there for breakfast. I know this is a small thing but I think you would like to know this.

Room was clean; bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was better than expected, although you have to get there early before some items run out. Considering the price range of the room, I would still rate this hotel 4-stars and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Mackinaw City area.

We liked the room being on the first floor with easy access to the beach. We were actually suppose to move to another room the second night but they let us stay in the one we had. Rooms were a bit small for a family of four but we didn't get a suite we had a regular room.

We had 2 complaints. We had made reservations but when we arrived, they had no reservations for us. The hotel clerk was very gracious and made sure we had a lake side room such as what we had reserved. The continental breakfast here was incredible. A good place to stay, in spite of the mix up. Our room did need a little TLC however. Sliding screed door did not work.
