The employees at the front desk was very nice and noticed that I had made reservations with the ferry that was no longer running at the time of our stay and so didn’t charge us for the tickets,very nice! The only thing I would change was to have diabetic syrup or sugar free syrup for the waffles at the breakfast bar. But overall a nice place with friendly employees.

Great service and clean rooms Wish they would have had home made original oatmeal instead of instant oatmeal, otherwise the breakfast bar was great. Thanks for the coffee all day Might want to tell folks when they book that the breakfast bar is on the 3rd floor as if there is handicapped people they would prefer staying in the 3 rd floor instead of restoring the elevator to go up and down for coffee and breakfast. Also, just coffee in the main lobby would be a great service.

The room and the view were outstanding. I booked the room and discounted ferry tickets online and everything was as advertised. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The only negative was the hotel's use of flimsy plastic utensils and star foam plates, bowls and coffee cups at the breakfast bar.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. Beautiful clean room. Great view of lake from balcony friendly staff. No need to leave hotel for breakfast. Buffet was nice. Discounted add ons to package was really a good deal. Whole area from downtown to island to across the bridge is just amazing. See u next year for the bridge walk

We were well pleased with our room, especially enjoying the sunrise over the water and the jacuzzi tub. However, the front desk clerks were unfriendly and acted irritated when asked a question (what we needed to do to use the waterpark and why our wifi didn't seem to be working). Was this because it was the end of the season and they were overworked? The same three desk clerks were there all weekend as far as we could tell.

The hotel was nice, we had a nice view of the Lake. We stayed for two nights. They did not have to room we originally booked the first night, but they gave us a similar room. Plus we got there kind of late because the weather was bad, and there are no snacks at the hotel. It would be nice if they had a place for snacks and water. The only place open was KFC, which I dont really like. I would've been fine if the hotel had something to snack on until we could eat in the morning. The free breakfast was nice. Overall, it was good. With the one exception of snacks and beverages being offered to purchase at the hotel, especially since we didnt bring any extra to keep at the hotel.
