We stayed off-season. The staff at the Hamilton Beachfront was very welcoming and accommodating. They gave us information about stores and restaurants and offered us discounts at several local restaurants and attractions. We will be returning there soon!

The check-in person (male) was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We stay at this hotel twice per year on our travels to and from Thunder Bay to southern Ontario. We have not been disappointed with any of our visits to this hotel.

Cheap and clean plus my kid loves the water parks. Love that I go thru you guys and get it cheaper then anywhere else! Plus we stay at the Hamilton because the pool is open later and goto the water park across the street till 10 and come back to the pool.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, comfortable and fantastic for the price. Pool room was lovely and made it seem like we were in a warmer local. The breakfast was good, but not sure if the 25' buffet happens more during the summer? Technically 25', but not the variety noted, but still very good and was great for the us.

The Hamilton has some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast selection was great. Staff always professional and pleasant. A completely positive experience after a stressful drive.

This was our 4th year staying here during this time. As always, everything was nice & clean. Breakfast was great. The only problem we had this year was the waterpark across the street (that you get armbands for while staying here) was terrible with a man who was trying to control everyone by yelling at the kids and if you didn't have an arm band you were kicked out. We never had this problem before and it really made the experience unpleasant.

Nobody in our family of 5 (2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 little kids) were fans of the foam mattress beds! We really appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog with us, but thought the fee was a bit too much. Room, pool and resturant were great.

Great stay at the Hamilton Inn. Came up to visit some friends that live near the area and reserved a lakeview room which ended up having a gorgeous view. I could not believe that during my stay I saw not one but two bald eagles together near the lake shore, truly an amazing experience. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Always pleasant staff going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. This was our 4 or 5 years to take our children for the Christmas gift from us and we always have a great time. Rooms are nice, pool is big enough for all to enjoy. And of course we love the breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Selections are sparse and not of good quality. However, I know that was the week before closing. Rooms and cleanliness great. Front desk very accommodating for 12 guests with 2 credit cards/room. We shall return again next year and will recommend it to our friends, Thanks.
