Great price, good room service. Only problem is I had ordered a romance package, but when I got there they told me that they didn't have any in. Disappointing, but they did not charge me for it. I would definitely stay here again

Friendly and helpful workers. Breakfast was good, and plenty of room in breakfast area. Had made reservation for 2 rooms 2 beds and the gave us a suite that had total of 4 beds and two separated rooms.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and informative. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired and beginning to show its age, but the room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good with several hot and cold choices, but the yogurt would have been better chilled rather than left to sit out at room temperature. We appreciated the discount for the ferry tickets and certain restaurants.

Loved the location of the room. Best view. Room was well stocked and smelled very fresh. Only thing they did not do was replace towels. We came up short on Sunday. Otherwise the food and most of the help was very nice. Very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay there again.

For the crowd of people on labor day weekend and the size of the breakfast area the lady working it h ad a hard time keeping food refilled and cleaning tables . She did an excellent job & was constantly on the run but a little help during this busy time might've been nice. Also, housekeeping did a good job but never left enough washclothes & hand towels - we had to ask e ery evening.

Convenient, right by the ferry dock. Fun to use the pool, wade in the lake, sit on the lounge chairs on the sand & people watch on our deck. The inn is a brief walk to restaurants & shopping downtown. I left my charging cord for my cell phone there when I went to the island. I called the inn & they returnef my call saying that housekeeping found it & I could retrieve it when I returned which I did. I made a reservation for 3 days thinking this inn was on the island. I stayed one night & cancelled the other two nights with no problem. The front desk staff were very helpful & understanding. They followed their cancellation policy. They also give a discount on the ferry tickets. I would stay there again.

First time staying at Hamilton and was very impressed. The room was beautiful and well kept. Did not utilize maid services but they were friendly in the halls. Breakfast was great way to start day off and had large variety for all tastes. Only problem was with the wi-fi service which was bad. Rarely able to get connected. Pool was nice and clean. Definitely will be back at the Hamilton in future.
