However, I booked my reservation in March. Then, the morning we were driving down (about 10 AM), I received a phone call that said that they had to change my reservation because the room I booked wouldn't allow the number of people I stated in my reservation. I don't know why your site would allow me to book this room with the number of people I was bringing and then the morning I'm checking in the reservation can be changed. I wanted lakeview and my room was changed to courtyard. I WAS NOT HAPPY. Fortunately, we were 2 less people upon arrival and the management was able to move us back to lakeview. I booked the room I booked because that's the type of room we wanted--changing it, especially at that late date, is NOT acceptable.These comments are from a verified stay
