The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Tho only thing that I thought should have been done better would have been if the pool and sauna would have been more centerly located. If you were in the units that over look beach and water you would have to go all the way back to the front of the hotel to use them. That met walking around on the open hall ways or go across the parking lot. In nice weather this would be a minor inconvence but in cold rainy or snowy windy weather it could be a major concern. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone that would be going to Mackinaw City. In fact when my wife and I plan on returning next year I will most defentllly stay at this hotel.
