It was clean, warm and comfortable. The only problem was a lack of towel racks. The sink area is outside of the bathroom and there is no where to hang the used towels and it is inconvenient to go into the bathroom to dry your hands. Consequently you pile up the used ones around the sink and end up using another clean one - you have a message about water & energy conservation and to reuse towels but this makes it very difficult. The bathroom also needs towel racks, we stayed for 3 consecutive nights and had no where to hang the used towels.
