10 out of 10We were taking our Mom to Mackinaw for her 80th birthday, so we asked for a 1st floor room overlooking the lake for her special day and to please not substitute. They not only gave us what we requested, but an even bigger room on a corner with extra windows. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. All of the areas (reception,rooms,pool,free brunch and beach)were clean, warm and inviting. The parking was close to the room and the free brunch was tasty and offered something for everyone.
