Check in/out was done by efficient staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, we particularly enjoyed being able to get the internet special rate of $79/night plus taxes at this time of the year. The complimentary hot breakfast is always appreciated. We did not find out until check out that if you do not turn in your room keys there is a $50 charge for each key not turned in. It would have been helpful if we had known this when we checked in. Michelle was taking care of us at the front desk. Michelle saw my wife had a walking boot from a recent injury and found us a spectacular room overlooking the beach that we could occupy immediately. We are in our late 60s, so getting our luggage to and from the room was a challenge. Walking it was fine, but toting the luggage was another thing.
