It is a huge hotel and I noticed housekeeping cant keep up with cleaning rooms. More help should be hired to keep up with the cleaning of rooms in a timely manner.we stayed out of our rooms to give them time to clean. One day they cleaned in the late afternoon the other day we gave up because it took them too long so we just asked for fresh towels. The toiletries are such a joke. So small cant even read which is conditioner or shampoo if you need glasses. The free breakfast is nice but the quality of food could be better. Hotel could use a face lift. This is the second time I stayed there, was on motorcycle trips both times.The issue I ran into was that a few of us in our group got checked in and given keys only to find that the rooms were not cleaned yet. I did get a call earlier that day from the front desk asking when our aprroximate arrival time would be and I said between 3:30 and 4:00. We got checked in after waiting about 30 minutes, there were quite a few people checking in at the same time. It seems like there is communication problems between the front desk and the cleaning people preparing the rooms since when I went to my room and it was in the process of being cleaned the housekeeper told me that she did not tell the front desk that the room was clean.Again overall good stay I just think there needs to be a better system in place so guests aren't walking into a dirty room or one that is in the process of being cleaned.These comments are from a verified stay
