The sink stopper was missing, we didn't have a microwave like our companions, the refridgator was in a cabinet with the door on backwards. Just little things like that. The breakfast was very good, but the hours were short. We got there with 20 minutes to go and the cereal was gone and not re-filled. Things were warm; not hot. I did not feel rushed however. We received an upgrade without asking for one. And, an employee chased down a luggage cart for us when we were getting ready to check out. Facility also does daily housekeeping, which we don't see everywhere anymore. Hotel located near one of the ferry lines and several restaurants.
