We chose this hotel based on the claim of a 25' breakfast bar with "homemade pancakes and waffles". We were very disappointed in that. There were no pancakes at all, and the waffles were ones that you yourself pour into one of those machines. So that was misleading and disappointing. We had limited interaction with the staff members but those we did encounter were very friendly. The hot breakfast was good. My only slight criticism would be that it would be nice if the breakfast menu was varied on occasion.
