The service was excellent, when we asked for more towels, they were very prompt. The breakfast was quite adquate and the dining room clean and organized. The front desk was efficient, but some of the front desk employees could have been more courteous and patient. They seem to become rushed and rude when there are 4-5 people in line. Hotel amenities seem to have everything someone would need . The only thing negative I would state is that the fitness facility needs maintained so you can use the equipment. The desk helped us get a room to come in a night early. The room was nice, housekeeping did a great job and were also extremely nice. The breakfast was great. Catching the shuttle was easy, both leaving the motel and also coming back after a day at the island. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our only down side to our visit was the Grand Buffet. I was concerned because of the numerous comments about unfriendly unprofessional employees, I did not encounter even one remote instance of this, on the contrary my experience was all of the employees were concerned with my stay being pleasant. The only negative was about the free breakfast, it is a good idea to bring a regular knife for cutting the food, in particular the waffles and pancakes, the plastic literally doesn't cut it. The pancake machine while ingenious, was lacking in pratical performance, putting out slowly only one pancake at a time. The room was clean throughout, no concerns there.
