I visit Mackinaw City/ Island twice a year. The only thing about the hotel that I don't really like is that the cleaning woman pretty much take over the hall for the majority of the day. I received a call from the inn stating the room was not available. The had called Best Western and found me a room for the same price which was an outstanding service. The Best Western room was okay but I was really wanting to try out the Hamilton inn. I rate the service at Hamilton Inn outstanding for locating another hotel to my stay, Best Western as good. I had purchased discounted add on's for our stay, that were not readily available at Best Western at check in. The value of the room for what we got was great. The breakfast buffet you offer was something we have never experienced. So many choices - there was something for everyone. We would definitely stay with you again! One thing I would suggest is that your front desk people tell the guests about different things that are close to the hotel.
