My family And I visited Mackinaw City last weekend due to it being the last weekend that everything was still open. We arrived friday night without reservation thinking that we didnt need them knowing it was off season, searched town for a hotel room and man there were some pricey hotels due to minimal vacancy, we stopped at a few that were nice and were very affordable but being in the city we wanted a view, so we ended up at the Clarion, and their staff was so nice to give us a Lakefront Suite for under $100.The hotel was beautiful,the breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean and warm and it was right by the ferry to the island. We couldnt have asked for a better hotel. Our room was very spacious,with a beautiful view...we will be back next year and we will definately stay at the Claion....ThankYou!!!
