Courteous staff, excellent value for money spent, had two queen beds in our room, buffet breakfast by far was the best. If possible would come back and stay again.

The staff at reception and housekeeping are always awesome. We never have any problems. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always helpful and polite. We have stayed at 2 other places over the past 4 yrs and the Ramada is the BEST!!! We will be staying a 3rd time next yr!!! :)

Clean and comfortable. It was on the beach. It had a washer and drier. The staff was very helpful when I was soo tired and needed help. It was located in-betweeen the ferries. All these things were so needed as I was traveling with an elderly mother.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Ramada! Staff is SUPER friendly, rooms are EXTRAORDINARY, close to shopping and eating...I could go on and on!!! This will ALWAYS be my motel of choice when visiting! Hopefully I can make another trip in a month or two and I WILL be staying at Ramada Inn Waterfront!!!

The room was a good size, and we appreciated the included fridge and microwave. Access to both the on-site pool and the waterpark across the street was also very nice. Staff were very kind, friendly, and accomodating. We were, however, somewhat disappointed with the breakfast buffet.

For the price, I cannot complain, everything was nice. The TV could have been better, but that's really not why we were there. The room had everything you really needed, fridge, microwave, coffee, blowdryer, breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. We would stay there again.

THE DESK CLERK WAS FREINDLY & THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE LADY THAT COOKED FOR THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS ILL, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE MOTEL ACROSS THE STREET FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST & EVERYONE WAS VERY FREINDLY. Nice staff with prompt service. Complimentary breakfast is good but space is crowded. Room was nice but some elements a little dated. Enjoyed the location and our stay there. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on our next trip.

Nice hotel that is showing signs of age and wer and tear. Nice hot pool and hot tub. Very nice to relax. Dining area too small for large groups and full hotel. Convenient and easy to walk to places. Too bad ALL the hotels gouge the tourists for the bridge walk.......

Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel, the staff was excellent, our room was very clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. We loved the balcony/patio and the view.However, there was too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, i understand the purpose of chlorine but this was unbearable, our eyes were burning and we had to get out and leave the area. I was also disappointed in the BIG price increase just because of the holiday/bridge walk. I understand your in business to make money, but the increase was a bit much.

We've been to Mackinaw many times over the years and this hotel had one of the better rooms with a view that we ever stayed at. Also the price made it possible to stay two nights which we used to visit the island and also enjoy what the city had to offer.

Mackinaw Chamber We left for the island and fogot to close the moon roof on our suv. The hotel was unable to contact us when a heavy rain came. The hotel maintenance man built a roof over our suv and prevented serious damage. This was on top of good service and a very nice room. The staff of that hotel allowed our trip to be a delight. The suite was well furnished and nicely maintained.The staff wasvery cordial and took care of all needs and answered all my questions related to the area. Hotel was close to all the attractions that I visited.I would not hesitate to stay at the Ramada again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
