I want to acknowledge the excellent hospitality and helpfulness by Dave, the manager, and the staff at the Clarion Hotel. I was in need of a handicap room. Dave and his staff went out of their way to provide everything I needed to make my stay as perfect as possible. Rarely do I find this kind of service in a hotel. Keep up the great work and thank you very much.
This is recognizing the outstanding service that we received during our recent stay at the Clarion, Mackinac City, MI Beachfront Hotel which was from Wednesday, July 23, 2008 to Sunday, July 27, 2008.
Dave, the Manager, was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. We were visiting the area for a Family Reunion and had 8 rooms. The hotel was very clean, was situated in a great location close to downtown, on the beach, close to the Ferry Lines, and everything else we required. The children enjoyed both the on-site pool as well as the shared pool across the street that we had access to. Several of the adults also enjoyed the indoor hot tub.
We would recommend staying at your hotel to anyone interested in the Mackinac City area.

There was a descrepancy in my reservation and the mgr was more than gracious in solving it to our satisfaction. He went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. This is a well run hotel convenient to the entire area.
My sister from Arizona flew in to take my mom to Mackinaw for her 70th birthday. She is totally wheelchair bound and this was such a wonderful place for her to stay. Everyone was so helpful and very handicap assessible. Can't go on the beach, but that was no problem at all. We were in one of the handicap rooms on the bottom floor and she was just in awe. I want to thank everyone at the Clarion for the hospitallity. Thank you again
