The lady at the desk really worked with us on the price as I had lost my job a year earlier, she was very understanding and gave us a deal. The place is very clean, up to date, and such a great big breakfast. This is the third year in a row we have stayed in this hotel, I see no reason to switch. We have been coming to Mackinaw City three times every summer since we`ve been married, 28 years.

The hotel was very nice. It is located within walking distance to the downtown area and ferry's. The two room suite was spacious enough so that our kids had room to run around. The beds were comfortable. The indoor waterpark was very nice and my son only wanted to swim the entire vacation. The only negatives were that the shower had hardly any pressure (but I think that happens at every hotel) and the crib that they have available aren't that big. My pack and play was bigger. But overall it was good and we would probably stay there again.

The suites were spectacular, we were all able to sleep comfortably in the spacious two bedroom suite. The breakfast was delicious, hot and ready for my family of 7. The front desk was very curtious, and helpful in every way we will never stay in another hotel in mackinaw city unless its at the comfort suites..Thank you very much the Blacken family!!

The suites were nice and spacious. The gentleman manager at the front desk was most professional and helpfull. Overall, a great experience. The breakfast was everything we expected and more with fresh fruit and real eggs.
