9 out of 10Only stayed one night. The one room cabin was very cute and in a great area. Only issues is that our door/window blind had 2 pieces broke so you could see in. I had to put a towel over window so nobody could see in, a car was parked 2 feet in front of our door. Also garbage can next to our cabin was overflowing in the morning and the seagulls had it pulled out in front of our door and woke us up very early from them being so loud. 10 out of 10We had the 2 story loft cabin with Jacuzzi that slept 6. And the cabin itself was quite nice, if sparse. For 6 people there is one couch, a tiny table with 3 chairs - and the beds. There was a mini fridge microwave and coffee maker. The towels were musty and one had a large green stain, but the water pressure was fabulous. The front desk was quick to provide us with new towels. The property was surprisingly quiet and they offered discounts at various stores and restaurants as well as the island ferry's.These comments are from a verified stay

10 out of 10The cabin was very clean and nice! When we got there, we were able to check in quickly and were even upgraded to a bigger cabin. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our cabin was closer to the road than the beach but we did not hear any traffic at night and slept peacefully. These cabins also have great air conditioning units and are the perfect size for two people to relax for a few nights! 10 out of 10They need to remove the carpet in the living room and put hardwood floors or some kind of flooring that is not carpet because the carpet smell very musky. Needs a little updateing... Need shelving in the shower there is nothing to hold our shampoo or soaps and the bathroom needs more lighting and a better exhaust fan the fan was so loud you couldn't use it .. the parking is terrible every time we would leave to go get food and come back the parking spot we had would be gone and there would be nowhere for us to park .. and when you did get a parking space it was so tight that you can hardly get through between the cars . 7 out of 10The atmosphere was great! The people up front were fantastic! Everything was Great. Love the location. Handicap accessible with separate bedrooms, would be great. Now, we have stayed in the cabins before. We love staying in them! Just a couple of things we noticed. The couch was dirty. The floor needs to be washed not just swept, our feet were black just from walking around to get ready for bed. And I told the gentleman up front. More garbages would be nice. 7 out of 10We stayed in the 2 Story Private Log Cabin, Loft, Jacuzzi and came away disappointed, especially considering the nearly $280 per night price tag. The cabin itself was adequate, but it felt much more like a rustic state park cabin than the deluxe family suite that was advertised.The bathroom layout was particularly odd, with a stand-up shower installed inside the jacuzzi tub, making both features awkward to use. We also found numerous dead flies in the window sills throughout the cabin, which gave the impression that cleanliness and maintenance were lacking.Amenities were very basic. The coffee setup consisted of a cheap coffee maker and the typical low-quality hotel coffee packets, with no creamer provided. Even many budget accommodations provide simple conveniences such as dish soap and paper towels, which were noticeably absent here.The location was convenient for visiting Mackinac City, but the cabin did not offer the level of comfort, cleanliness, or amenities that would justify the premium price.
