10 out of 10We loved staying at Cabins of Mackinac! The queen chalet was perfect for my husband and I to relax and enjoy the sights. It was clean, in a great location, and service was wonderful. 8 out of 10The place was nice and peaceful,the issues were we found empty bottles and garbage, also seem like they rush tomorrow floor was sticky in some places And the table and dresser tops to,over it was a nice resort staff was nice ,we landed wiping everything down and throwing out the garbage would recommend but check completely check the room as soon as you get there.we messed up drop off everything and went to eat and looked around and got back late so we didn't say anything.These comments are from a verified stay

Even had an issue where we couldnt figure out how to get the volume working on the tv but after calling front desk, the lady quickly walked us through how to fix it and her advice was spot on!These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10I enjoyed the cabins of Mackinac. The overall atmosphere of the cabin was nice. My kids loved it. It did look a little bigger in the pictures. Only two issues with the cabins were the floors were a little dirty. Requested it to be mopped again when we arrived but the same residue remained. May I suggest that they use floor soap and water with the mop instead of a spray bottle. Other issue was the fold out couch. The mattress was ok but the couch was very creaky to sleep on. Those were minor issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kids want to go back!These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10The inside of the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pillows were great. The bed closest to the door had the bed frame sticking out about 3" from the bed/mattress. Had to put a towel over it so we wouldn't injure ourselves. The sink in the living portion of the room had the screen on the faucet missing so could only turn the water on a little bit or you got wet. 8 out of 10You have access to an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and a close-by indoor water park. Breakfast is not included, but you will be given several coupons for local businesses. We bought a package with ferry tickets and fort tickets for the island, which was very convenient.The cabin itself was very clean, and modern. Very cute. It came with a mini fridge, and a microwave. Our biggest issue was the wall unit for heat and A/C. It was right next to the head of the bed, which meant when it was on, air was blowing directly into our faces. And the display was always on, which was quite bright. My husband had a hard time sleeping, and we decided to only stay one night.These comments are from a verified stay

When I first arrived I went to check in and I had gotten a package deal with tickets for the attractions they told me to hold off because I had bought the ugly and sunset tour tickets but I was unaware that you had to have a reservation as well so they had me hold off until I got the reservation to make sure I can make it so I didn't pay for tickets I wouldn't be able to get refunded or use everything turned out I got the reservation I got the tickets I would absolutely recommend cabins of Mackinaw.These comments are from a verified stay
